To get the keys there are various procedures that must be adhered to such as
- paying the lawyer for the completed S&P and upcoming procedures
- sorting out or closing the seller’s finances of the house (if any)
- payment of ownership transfer tax to the government
- registering the ownership transfer
- sorting out the money balance between purchase price, loan amount you get (if any) and the deposit you’ve paid
- sorting the other costs and procedures (if any)
