If the grant has been issued by the land office, it should be with the developer. A written confirmation letter must be obtained from the developer to know latest the status of the house. If the developer has confirmed that the title is already in their custody, you must engage a lawyer to proceed in preparing a transfer form to register your ownership at the land office so that the land office is able to issue a grant registered under your name.
