Before you go through the process of selling your late father's land land, there are a few things that you should check.

First, is there a court order for the land administration (if there was no will was made) or a court order for the probate (if there was any will made for the land). If neither is available then you need to obtain a court order for the administration / court order for the probate first, before proceeding with the process of selling the land.
