Seller is selling her Apartment in Bandar Puncak Alam, Shah Alam. SPA dated 1st June 2018 at this point of time Seller opt to be unrepresented by a lawyer. After two months from the date of SPA, Seller still did not received her Balance of Deposit in accordance with terms of SPA.

Seller appointed Shahra, Ezzad & Izyan on the 1st August 2018 to act on her behalf and to deal with the Purchaser’s Solicitors, and in less than a month we manage to obtain the Balance Deposit and released to the Seller.

Case settled within 6 months from the file being taken over and we manage to protect our client’s interest in order to get her balance deposit.
