Ampang HIlir : Sellers were represented by other lawyer but came to Shahra, Ezzad & Izyan and asking us to take over the file because it’s already more than one year the file is not completed. We managed to complete the transaction and the Sellers were finally happy to receive the selling price and without being penalize for late of vacant possession.
