To get the keys there are various procedures that must be adhered to such as

• paying the lawyer for the completed S&P and upcoming procedures
• sorting out or closing the seller’s finances of the house (if any)
• payment of ownership transfer tax to the government
• registering the ownership transfer
• sorting out the money balance between purchase price, loan amount you get (if any) and the deposit you’ve paid
• sorting the other costs and procedures (if any)
