I have fully paid the housing loan, but I did not get the house grant until now. What should I do?

If the grant has been issued during the purchase of the house you must engage a lawyer to conduct discharge of charge (a process to release a grant from bank).

A written confirmation letter must be obtained from the bank. Then a discharge form must be executed, stamped and registered at the land office so that the bank’s name on the grant can be removed.
