Staying active in the legal community is a priority for him. He has served in numerous roles for professional and community organizations throughout the years including the following activities:-
– Having a feeling that it is the time to give back to his community, he honors his duty as a lawyer assisting Legal Aid Clinic which is obviously a non-profit movement specialising in legal advice. He was involved directly and actively in Legal Aid Clinic of Dun Batu 3, Selangor & Dun Ulu Klang, Kuala Lumpur since 2012.
– He is also one of the outstanding speakers for Paralegal Training for both Dun Batu 3 and Dun Ulu Klang.
– His skills, knowledge and experience have earned him recognition when he was invited to be one of the judges in the presentation of Investigation Technique for Masters in Forensic Account since 2015 until 2016.

Prior to starting his own practise in 2015, he was a partner at Messrs Hasshahari & Partners. His career was shaped over 7 years’s experience as legal practitioner at the firm from 2007 until 2012 and promoted to a partner at the same firm in 2012 until 2015. His practise covers a broad spectrum of civil litigation practise areas which include:-
– Business litigation including disputes, collections, contract law, deceptive trade practices and fraud;
– Professional liability, including representation of plaintiffs against negligent officers and professionals;
– Personal injury, including representation of plaintiffs against negligent individuals and corporations;
– General civil litigation, including representation of plaintiffs and defendants in breach of fiduciary duty, breach of trust,probate and trust litigation, and other general civil disputes;
– Insurance litigation, including representation of plaintiffs in cases stemming from claim denials;
– Prepared legal documentation of various bank branches Selangor and Kuala Lumpur; and
– Other complex contract and tort litigation, commercial and real estate litigation, labour and employment, professional liability, personal injury and others.

Ezzad began his legal career in 2007 after he had completed his pupillage under the guidance of the esteemed Messrs Zainal Rashid & Partners and was called to the Bar in the same year. Throughout the time, he had acquired the skills and knowledge in Civil Litigation. His greatest asset comes from his working experience from both of the law firms. Considered among the busiest law firms in Shah Alam, he gained vast knowledge in Civil Litigation matters. Among others, he is considered as an expert in fields mentioned above. He believes and emphasize in the importance of people skills and communication skills in daily interaction with clients, co-workers, Courts and Government department personnel.
