MESSRS SHAHRA, EZZAD & IZYAN (SHEZIZ) is a Malaysian legal firm owned and established by its three partners, Wan Shahranita Binti Saharan, Anwar Ezzad Bin Zainal and Izyan Shazwani Binti Ab Aziz on the 20th day of April 2016. Our firms are purely concentrating on the Property Real Estate, Banking Security Facilities, Civil & Criminal Litigation, Corporate Conveyancing, Probate and Administrations of Estate, and Syariah Laws. We have two suburban offices which collectively represent the large legal network that span across the Klang Valley and Selangor with the ability to provide close access and monitoring within those areas with five partners in charge.

The partners together with their experienced supporting legal staffs of the firm are experienced and familiar with every aspect of the range of legal services provided by the firm. Our firm is currently covered by the professional indemnity insurance complying the mandatory requirements prescribed in the Legal Profession Act, 1976. No claims have been made against our law firm (including our previous sole proprietors’ legal firms) or against our Partners. We regularly review our practice standards and risk management policies so that we and our clients are adequately covered at all times.
