Our history begins in the early year of 2011 when one of our Partners, Izyan Shazwani binti Ab Aziz resigned from Messrs Salehuddin Saidin & Co. and formed her own legal practice in Kuala Lumpur under the name of Messrs Izyan Aziz & Co. Later in the early year of 2013, our founder Managing Partner, Wan Shahranita binti Saharan left Messrs Markiman & Associates and also started her own legal practice in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor under the name of Messrs Shahranita Saharan & Co. and finally, in 2015 our one and only gentleman Partner, Anwar Ezzad bin Zainal has given up his partnership at Messrs Hasshahari & Partners to establish his own legal firm Messrs Anwar Ezzad & Co. in Petaling Jaya.

From our humble beginnings, we have since grown into busy legal firms and overwhelmed with various kind of clients who came to see us with their distinct legal issues. Running a business on our own while simpler can also be a constant struggle. To that end, it was Shahranita’s brilliant initiation to unite the three incredible entities under one roof. We have realized that our skills and talents complement each others in such a way that we might make a good legal partnership team. We are willing to share the responsibilities so as to make the most of our abilities. More partners means more brains, wider pool of knowledge and skills that can be picked for solving off problems that the clients encounter.

With the collaboration of three fantastic partners we hope to expand our businesses throughout the journey. We are pleased to identify our clients’ pain points and we have partners who are prepared to resolve them. Rather it is viewed as an extension of our previous legal firms, the involvement of other partners in this venture often brings greater resources to the table. Perhaps the partnership prospers because we trust each other and we strive for the high standard of professionalism, credibility and great quality of services for our clients.
